With the rapid development of information technology and power electronic, VVVF power supply with sine wave output is widely used in a lot of fields. The requirements of output waveform of VVVF power supply are increasing. The output waveform quality of VVVF power supply mainly includes two aspects. One is the accuracy of stable output waveform, the other is the good transient response. So research on inverter control strategy with simple, better transient and stable performance is always the hot research question of power tectonics field. In order to get high quality and high reliability VVVF supply, this paper discussed the control strategies of sine wave output by SPWM inverter.In this paper, single-phase sine wave power inverter based on LM3S1138 has been discussed. It includes two aspects, one is the design of hardware, and the other is the software of our system control. For the former, the design schemes for all parts of the hardware circuit have been presented according to the demand of variable frequency power supply. It includes boost circuit, driving circuit of power switching, LC filter circuit and full-bridge circuit. For the latter, it adopted accurately linear theory with state feedback to control power inverter, then derivate the non-linear feedback control rule, and building an non-linear model of single phase full-bridge power inverter by geometry differential, and realized the accurately linear control of state feedback of full-bridge power inverter. At last, we emulated the main circuit and control circuit. The result showed that our circuit and control strategy can improve the waveform greatly, its dynamic and static performance are all stable.
