Distributed realtime C3I system with responsibility for Command Control Communication and Information is the core of aerial defence missile system. The C3I system plays a critical role in aerial defence environment.In order to ensure the high availability and reliability of the C3I system, strengthen the reliability of the weapon systems, a set of software framework based on distributed construction, based on software component object model, based on resonalble reliable realtime and multiple task characteristics is designed for the C3I system. As a result, the technology can apply to not only current developing C3I systems but alse future C3I systems. According to the special needs of weapon systems, This uniform application mode can shorten the development cycle and save development costs. It is beneficial to system producers or consumers.The thesis relates to these topics: realtime multiple tasks partition and manage mode, software arithmetic research, target track data process arithmetic research, remote sensing image data process method etc.This thesis gives the design and implementation of the software framework technology and explains the pivotal process and technology in detail such as synchronization of principal and so on. According to the test data, it shows that the framwork runs good in the all statuses. It indicates that the design and implementation of the technology achieve the expected results.
