| Induction Motors are typical high-order, nonlinear systems with multiple variables, close coupling and uncertain parameters. With the continuous development of power electronics and control technology, some advanced control methods have been studied, such as the beginning of vector control, direct torque control, feedback linearization, backstepping, intelligent control, passivity-based control. So that IM drive systems could obtain the good steady-state and dynamic performances as excellent as those of DC drive systems. Recently, the principle based on energy-shaping and port-controlled Hamiltonian systems (PCH) have aroused many motor control experts'attention. In this paper, Induction Motors drive systems are viewed as two-port (electrical port and mechanical port) energy-transformation devices, speed control of PMSM with high performance are designed based on energy-shaping and PCHD control theory.First of all, we expound the present situation and development tendency of Asynchronous Motors drive systems at home and externally. Including the main circuits, control circuits and control theories.Secondly, some basic theories of energy-shaping and PCHD control principle are given, such as passivity, dissipation, feedback interconnection. Then based on this energy-shaping and PCHD control principle the interconnection and damping assignment passivity-based control (IDA-PBC) principle are presented.Thirdly, with the coordinate transformation theory, IM models are constructed in the stationaryαβframe and synchronously rotating reference dq frame. Then the speed control PCHD models of IM are given in dq frame. Speed controllers of IM motors are designed based on the state and the state error PCHD model control principle. When the load is unknown, speed controllers are also proposed based on energy-shaping control principle, and the stability of the equilibrium points are also analyzed.Then, the sinusoidal pulse-width modulation (SPWM), the space vector pulse-width modulation (SVPWM) and the whole IM drive systems are realized respectively. In details, simulation with each control method is studied in Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results shows the control methods are correct and effective. Then compared the PCHD control method with vector control method in terms of the establishing the model,, the simulation result and physical signification.At last, the research work in this paper is summarized, the problems to be resolved proposed and the future research direction is also presented. |
