Hydraulic universal testing machine is used for a variety of metal materials and some of the non-metallic materials, performance testing of materials most commonly used basic equipment, it can complete the materials, bending, tensile, compression, distortion and other mechanical strength tests. With the development of technology, new materials, endless testing on the material properties of the standard specification is also increasingly demanding higher and higher, and to facilitate detection means constantly updated and improved; in the dynamic display of test data, data analysis, processing, in such aspects as the ultimate form conclusions to melt into the modern information technology. For the development of the market demand, the current market has emerged in modern electronic and electro-hydraulic servo testing machine testing machines material testing machines such as high-end test equipment. Although such a new type of test machine performance is very superior, but for now most of the higher vocational education schools only in terms of the operating costs of the new test machine still-high price of unbearable, while a waste of existing equipment. To save the operating costs, improve equipment utilization, while those involved in equipment renovation to improve their technology and skills to promote the college teaching ranks, and therefore the project team decided to choose on the basis of existing equipment, intelligent technological transformation.In this thesis, for the mechanical hydraulic universal testing machine of intelligent measurement and control system transformation, by mechanical hydraulic universal testing machine induction on the changes in hydraulic pressure testing machine for testing sensors to applied load, install and deformation extensometer displacement sensor with to measure the deformation of beams generated when moving displacement, will be the changes in their test data obtained through data acquisition card and then passed to a computer for processing, automatic data collection, improve test accuracy, the data processing, can be a numerical display, charts, curves and other experimental data to show a variety of ways and can be requested according to the teaching of experimental data for various analysis and processing, intelligent interactive, illustrated features.In this thesis, mechanical drive technology, hydraulic proportional control technology, computer technology combine. The use of modular software design methods, effective use of micro-computer to a variety of accessories and functions of the portfolio management and control unit to complete the multi-function tests.After transformation, the test machine also had low-carbon steel tensile test, the results have met the technical requirements, its accuracy is close to the market of electronic universal testing machine level, but also in the price of electronic universal testing machine than the lower reach of the research projects the expected results.Therefore, the project is complete, the hydraulic universal testing machine easy to use, testing, high accuracy, low-cost transformation, has a high application value and practical significance.
