Oxygen is a kind of important resource, which is widely used in health care, family health, metal smelting, sewage treatment and aerospace applications and many other areas. Air accounts for about 21 percent oxygen. Using pressure swing adsorption(PSA) principle of oxygen from the air is a good method of pressure swing adsorption for separating oxygen, which has broad application prospects.Reducing energy consumption and production scale is the prominent issues that pressure swing adsorption for separating oxygen is facing to. To solve these problems, it has been focused on the development of high-performance adsorbents and PSA process improvements. However, the PSA model of computing in recent decades has increasingly gained attention. With the model calculation, you can understand the different adsorbent bed temperature and concentration, and that such change on the impact of PSA, which can further explore the process on the oxygen purity oxygen, recovery and yield, to process optimal design and reduce energy consumption. As the model calculations have many assumptions, and can not truly reflect the PSA oxygen process, therefore, it needs to continuously improve the computing model. This article focuses on the miniaturization study of PSA oxygen. Based on linear driving force model to determine the micro-oxygen two key parameters: the adsorption time and the time of pressure. In addition, the effects of temperature, pressure, and so the impact on PSA. And in accordance with "General Medical molecular sieve oxygen generating equipment specification" requirements, design a prototype. When the oxygen flow rate is 1~3L/min, the concentration of is 90±3%. This article also designed a oxygen concentration detecting device for detecting oxygen concentration of oxygen produced.
