1. Indoor toxicity measurement for different sharp eyespot of wheat microbicidesThe paper studied the sensitivity baselines of Rhizoctonia cerealis which caused the sharp eyespot of wheat to 4 fungicides and the selection of fungicides for controlling the disease.Using the method of hypha growth rate we tested the anti-fungal activity of 6 fungicides to Rhizoctonia cerealis. Rhizoctonia cerealis of 4 strains of bacteria in nuclear fungicides sensitivity of the research results show that the level of Rhizoctonia cerealis nuclear sensitivity of different level of fungicide. Measured fungicide, tebuconazole on sharp eyespot of wheat, Kaiser high antibacterial activity, their sensitivity EC50 and EC90 are 0.07173 mg/1 and 2.67415mg/1 respectively. Rhizoctonia cerealis of nuclear AnKe sensitivity for the worst with the EC50 is 1.399μg/ml. The listed on Rhizoctonia cerealis is nuclear bacteria antibacterial activity. But it can only inhibit the growth of bacteria, not restrain linear sclerotia germination, the the mycelia which was processed by tebucoruzole change greatly, making the irulence of the mycelium decline.This paper also studies the Rhizoctonia cerealis nuclear mushroom relevan biological properties.2 The Inhibition of 6 Fungicides to Rhizoetonia cerealis Vander Hoeven and the influence of 6 fungicides to the morphology characters of Rhizoctonia cerealisThe Paper studied the inhibition of 6 fungicides to Rhizoetonia cerealis Vander Hoeven of which caused the sharp eyespot of wheat and the influence of 6 fungicides to the morphology of Rhizoetonia cerealis Vander Hoeven.The results of the inhibition of 6 fungicides to Rhizoetonia cerealis Vander Hoeven showed that the inhibition of different types of fungicides was significantly different.
