| The new steric device was produced by Shanghai Sunqiao Agricultural Technology Co. , Ltd. It's a new equipment with net in and some overflow water gap under the bottom .It's came from the device which only having net or only having overflow water gap. It should much better than other ones in theory. It has much merit, such as water-saving, fertilizer-saving, Substrate–saving, easy to remove and transplanting ect .The device have been utilized in many plants, but it's effects of cultivated has not been known . The author main investigated the cultivation on lettuce. Because the experiment is unknown to people I selected 4 kinds of treatments to study the effects of growth and quality of Italian lettuce. The main content and results are as follows:1. To study the effects of configuration and quality of Italian lettuce under the condition of sand cultivated by one new steric device. The results showed that the new device can make the lettuce growth days shorted, improve yield. The lettuce cultivated by the new steric device was more improved in quality than CK by harvest time, such as the content of Vitamin C,Soluble sugar and Soluble protein, but reduced in Nitrate of leaves than CK. Its Chlorophyll was not prominent than CK. The lettuce cultivated by new vertical device was more prominent at dry root and fresh root than CK. All above showed that the new vertical device can make plant grow better than CK by change the environment around root, it also has better at aspect of improve yield and quality.2. The authors performed experiments on 6 kinds of lettuce cultivated by the new steric device. The results showed that all growth treats were better under the condition of 25cm height of lettuce. When planting height above it, Shoot fresh weight grows slowly even to decrease. Planting exhibition is also the important to Shoot fresh weight, when it above 25cm , the planting shoot fresh weight decrease prominently.3. To investigate the effects of substrate treatments on growth and quality of lettuce, .the authors performed experiment on four kinds of substrate mixture (which made by the same size of two random ones). The results showed that the treatment vermiculite/mushroom residue and mushroom residue/ perlite are better than the other ones on growth and quality of lettuce. They also better in chlorophyll and root activity than CK2, and reached a significant level. The output of vermiculite/mushroom residue and mushroom residue/ perlite increase much better than CK2 does. The former even increase 30 percent than CK2 in output of lettuce.4.To investigate the effects of nutrient solution formulations on the growth and quality of loose leaf lettuce"203" .the authors performed experiment on four kinds of different doses (Sunqiao formula standard dose, 1.5 times the dose, 2 times the dose and 0.5 times the dose) and two kinds of temperature : the appropriate temperature (25-30℃) and high temperature (30-40℃). The results showed that under the condition of the high temperature, when at the dose 1.5 times,the growth treats of lettuce such as stem diameter, plant dry and fresh weight much better than others, it is also superior to other treatment in vitamin C, soluble protein and soluble sugar, when at the appropriate temperature, the growth and quality of lettuce show the best performance on condition of standard-dose formulations of Sunqiao. |
