Screening Salinity Tolerance In Rice Mutants With Tissue Culture Methods

The text use Chang bai 9 hao~ Zhen fri 19~ Tong 35 ~ Yan nong 1 hao etc four rice species, use method which step by step enhance PH of culture medium to scalp saline-alkaline tolerance mutation.The result indicate: (1) Saline-alkaline tolerance is diversity between varieties ,the rate of callus .~ seedlings coming outs survive and agtonomy presentation on Zhen fri 19 hao are all finer than others,and its saline-alkaline tolerance of regeneral plant is finer than former speices. (2) In this experiment,there has some relations bettween their regeneral plant and saline-alkaline tolerance of callus,but also has some diversites.Chang bai 9 hao ,in its seedlings coming out period,the saline-alkaline tolerance of regeneral plant is more excellent than former speices,on the contrary,the saline-alkaline tolerance during 2 leaf peroid of contemperary regeneral plant seeds is not excellent than former speices,Tong 35 opposite with Chang hal 9 hao.(3)When saline-alkaline tolerance of the regeneral plant was identified, the experiment adopted liquor of I 9000PPm NaHCO3 during seedlings coming out period and 1 6000PPm NaHCO3 during 2 leaf period ,the effect are preferable.
