A contig maP composedof seven BAC clones was constrUcted for the pms1 genomic region byscreening the BAC library using the arLP probes and chromosomal walking.By analyzing the recombinatonal events using SSR markers from the BACclones 2lO9, we were able to locate thepmsI locus to one l l5kb BAC c1ones.MeanWile, we have now constrUcted cDNA library of MH63 panicle stage.And one l .8kb positive cDNA clone has been isolated.
