Biological function of Bacillus cereus 6371 offered by China Agriculture Academy were studied in the paper . Bacillus cereus 6371 with antimicrobial activity, ammonification could decompose organic phosphorus, dissolve inorganic phosphorus, promote growth of plant and reinforce resistance of plant, so Bacillus cereus 6371 have much biological function. In addition, fermentation conditions, fermentation technics and spore-forming characteristic were also discussed in order to realize the industrialisation of Bacillus cereus 6371 .Peptone, glucose were suit to produce of antibacterial agent. It was discovered that Large amount of organic acid was produced in the metabolism of Bacillus cereus 6371, of which the amount of malic acid, acetic acid, succinic acid was more than the other. Active unit of peroxidase, catalase increased after culture of Bacillus cereus was fertilized into soil, as a result, the ability of plant resisting adversity was enhanced, the amount of chlorophyl increased also, so photosynthesis intensity increased, the growth of plant was accelerated. Bacillus cereus 6371 restrained growth of Colletotrichum, Verticillium albo-atnrm. Antimicrobial agent which could be precipitated by (NH4SO4 or acetone was produced in the process of spore-forming, isoelectric point of Antimicrobial agent was pH3.0 or so. The scope of Bacillus cereus resisting nosophyte was amplified by mutagensis.Obtaining the high level of cfu/ml is the key in producing biological fertilizer. Therefore, the media components and cultivation conditions of Bacillus cereus were investigated through single-factor and orthogonal tests. Dissolving Carbon source, nitrogen source were suit to spore-forming, oxygen was essential to spore-forming. The tests showed the optimum fermentation medium was consisted of com flour 4%, bean cake 1.5%, KH2PO40.15%, 20ml inventory/25 Oral flask and initial pH 6.0-7.5 , in this condition the biomass was 72xl08cfu/mL, media and incubate condition were also used in the fermentor. The study will provide beneficial referencesfor the industrialisation of Bacillus cereus 6371 .
