We tested and analysed the 236 copies of clinic data and 296 copies of serum from the fourteen chicken houses in area of Yanbian by using diagnose kit of PCR and interdiction ELISA from Chicken epidemic coryza and the method of severance identify of other pathogeny and serum type, the results showed :the masculine ratio of PCR test was 46.6%, the masculine ratio of Hpg severance was30.3%; We inspected 296 copies of serum using the method of B-ELISA and the masculine ratio was 37.8% ,and the masculine ratio of type A and C were 36.1% and 1.7%, respectively . we did not find the serum of type B.we obtained two local shoot which all belong to the type Page A by using the popular severance method of Hpg culture ,such as Chocalate- medium and so on .We named them NT03-land NC03-1, respectively .we did the immunity experiments of mothball chicken by using the oil-milk-serum which was developed from Hpg NT03-1 and NC03-1 in our lab and can cause epidemic coryza of chicken .we tested immune antibody and ability of attacking poison after immunity from three to ten moths .respectively .The results indicated that three months after immunity, 86% immune chicken 's burette- stander was above 1:2560 ,100% chicken were protected ,we also gained the good effect during the experiment of land .This can prove it is an effective way to prevent and cure IC by using the ourselves' oil-milk-serum .we can conclude there are prevalence of IC in area of Yanbian ,and serum type of Hpg contains type A and C ,we did not find the type B of Hpg. We found it produced good effect when using ourselves' oil-milk-serum to do the experiment of animal on immune inoculation .
