According to the addition of different levels of mixed plant oil to the daily food of Yanbian yellow cattle (bull),the effect of production capability and beaf quality was discussed. Single gene random group design was used, 16 similar weight, healthy Yanbian yellow cattle (bulls) was selected, they were separated to four random groups by weight, four cattle per group. Control group was feed by Basic food, experiment group was feed by additive food with mixed plant oil, experiment period is 88days.Mixed plant oil is bean oil, Honghua oil and Kuihua oil by 55%, 25% and 20%.The results showed:1. Comparing with control, addition food with 4%, 5% and 6% plant oil decreased daily food of Yanbian yellow cattle(P<0. 05), and it had downtrend with increase of plant oil rate; average daily increased weight is1. 17kg, 1. 32kg, 1. 13kg and 1.37kg, the difference is unremarkable (P>0. 05) ; food changed rate in every experiment group had higher than control, but the difference is unremarkable(P>0.05), and food changed rate in 5% food changed rate in plant oil group had the highest food changed rate.2. Compared with control, daily food with 4%, 5% and 6% plant oil decreased assimilation rate (P<0.05)of Yanbian yellow cattle to daily food coarse fibre and calcium, with the increase of plant oil, both of them are downtrend; compared with control, 6% plant oil decreased daily food dry materialassimilation rate(P<0.05).3. Daily food with 4%, 5% and 6% plant oil have unremarkable change to the content of total protein of blood serum, albumin, globulin, glucose, urea nitrogen, calcium, abio-phosphor, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetie transaminase and triglyceride. The content of blood serum high density fat protein increase with the addition of plant oil in daily food, 5% plant oil group is higher than control (P<0. 05). But compared with control, total cholesterol is uptrend, low density fat protein content is downtrend(P>0. 05).
