Rice stripe virus is a kind of virus spread by Laodelphax striatellus. The virus is one of the reasons caused great losing of rice in China. Rice stripe virus disease has the characters of vast distribution, great arising quantity, serious harming. In this article we used DIBA and RT-PCR technologies to research changes of the rate of virus in the body of Laodelphax striatellus, and primarily developed a kind of biology missile bacterin which has good inhibiting effect to RSV.In the researching, we put the Laodelphax striatellus with the virus in their body into the temperature of 17℃,21℃,25℃,29℃,33℃. After the dealing of 10 days, 20 days and 40 days partly, we took out the Laodelphax striatellus and adopted DIBA method to inspect the changes of virus rate in the body of Laodelphax striatellus. The result indicated that there is no obvious changes of the virus rate of the Laodelphax striatellus put at the temperature of 17℃. The rate of the virus in the body of the Laodelphax striatellus has the trend of receding with the rising of the temperature. The higher the temperature the lower the virus rate in the body of the Laodelphax striatellus. The reason of the phenomena is that high temperature shorted the developing periods of the Laodelphax striatellus, and pricked up the descending speed of rice stripe virus in the body of Laodelphax striatellus.We simulated the carbon dioxide thickness in atmosphere through the gassing room methods. And studied the changes of the rice stripe virus in the body of Laodelphax striatellus with the carbon dioxide thickness of 370ppm,470ppm,570ppm. The result indicated that the rate of the virus in the body of the Laodelphax striatellus distinctly effect in the condition of the higher carbon dioxide, and the carbon dioxide thickness, the lower the virus rate in the body of the Laodelphax striatellus.Taken the RT-PCR technique to check the catching rice stripe virus of the rice without RSV which is ate by Laodelphax striatellus with RSV 7 different time. The result indicated that the virus can effectively introduced after the eating for 3 hours, and the rice more likelihood to get the virus when Laodelphax striatellus ate longer time. We used DIBA methods to inspect the pure Laodelphax striatellus ate the infected rice 6 different time, and check the situation of getting virus. The result indicated that pure Laodelphax striatellus can get virus when they eat at the infected rice longer than 0.5 hours, and the longer the Laodelphax striatellus eat, the easier the Laodelphax striatellus may get the virus.Through deepen research, We developed a new biology medicament in the condition of knowing the serial of rice stripe virus genes, and chosen two kinds of infiltrating medicament which are appended into the biology medicament. We insufflated the"biology missile"into rice to removing the CP and SP genes of RSV. The result indicated that the"biology missile"has great effect to control the rice stripe virus which is nearly to 100%, assuring the rice which infected the virus did not take bad.
