Northeast Weedy Rice Genetic Relationship And Its Biology, Ecology Of The Main Features Of The Study

The weedy rice is also named red rice or weedy strains, it generally considered as the middle type from wild rice to cultivable rice, so its heredity and biological characters are close to the cultivable rice. The weedy rice was growed in the field go with the cultivable rice, effecting the rice' s output and quality. However, the weedy rice has became an another special type for long time evolution and domestication, so its resistance is superexcellence than the cultivable rice, and also become a natural gene storeroom. So far, there are few countries on the world to study weedy rice. This paper is explained for collecting the weedy rice from the Northeast area and studying its resistance: using the RAPD molecular markers' technology for fingerprint analysis, and set up the Classifying phonogram to discuss the relativeness. We have got some conclusion in the main:1) Based RAPD analysis, 12 varieties of weedy rice were gathered for one kind which distance of the CK groups is close; in addition, between the weedy rice, they were gathered for the areas, for example, Heilongjiang and Jilin Province are gathered which different from Liaoning Province;2) In the 12 varieties of weedy rice, 11 of them are manifested obviously in the awn,the colour of seed capsule,the falling and tillering;3) When the salt intimidation is 1.0%, the germination rate of most weedy rice is reached 50% while the common rice is 33.3%; when the concentration is 1.5%, the CK is 1.4% but half of weedy rice is exceed 10%, and the No.12 which from Liaoning Province is reach 20%. Furthermore, in the germination of living through the winter, the representative weedy rice is from Heilongjiang Province.
