In order to develop a new method of pesticide application for theprotection of diseases and insects in the protected agriculture, the testsfor revealing the relationships between the atomization performance and thephysical properties of related liquid pesticide were finished in the two-phaseflow spray testing-bench. The relations among the parameters of the airpressure and the airflow, spraying flow rate, spraying drop diameter, betweensucking liquid height and spraying flow rate were obtained. The influence ofpesticide viscosity and surface tension on the diameter of spraying drop andthe spraying flow rate was discovered. With the change of turn rate ofair-compressor, The relations among power frequency and air pressure in thetube road, the airflow, sucking liquid height, spraying flow rate, torque,machine power, electric power were obtained. Moreover, the droplet depositionof fog spraying in sealed plastic greenhouse under the normal temperature wasexperimentally tested. Four sorts of smoggers and three types of plasticgreenhouse had been analyzed and compared. Therefore, the correlativitybetween droplet diameter and density of deposition, the spraying partinstalled on the electrical axial flow fan, the lift function of dropletdistribution uniformity, and droplet deposition difference on the differentpositions in crops have been analyzed. Compared with the sprayer carried onthe back, the control effect of utilizing the smogger of normal temperatureto control cucumber downy mildew, cucumber scab, cucumber gray mold and tomatogray mold in greenhouse was tested. The results showed that the smogger hadalmost the same effect as the Gongnong-16 sprayer carried on the back. Butfor the front, the water of spraying chemicals lowered 42~57kg/667m~2,lowering the humidity of greenhouse and the disease indexes, and reducing thedisease occurrence. The time of applying chemicals reduced by 70 min/667m~2:and it decreased the cost by 12~15 yuan/667m~2.
