Rape is an important oil crops, and is widely planted in the world. To enlarge rape production and increase rapeseed benefit is of the most importance for the elevation of health and resolution of energy shortage problems which is restricting the economic growth in our country.Increase of oil content in rapeseed varieties is an important approach for the elevation of rapeseed production benefit. The materials used in this study are an F5 population consisting of 157 lines derived from a cross between high oil content Brassica napus parent M201 and low oil content parent M202.Oil,protein,linolenic acid contents are analysed.Based on F5 population,a genetic linkage map is constructed and the QTL of oil, protein, linolenic acid content are identified. The main results are as following:1.In RILsF5 population, the oil content ranged from 31.56%to 49.96%.The range of protein content was between 16.33%and 27.80%.The linolenic acid content ranged from 8.32%to 10.23%.2.In RILsF5 population, the correlativity between oil content and protein content was significant negative, and the correlation coefficient is -0.80**(p<0.01).And the correlativity between oil content and linolenic acid content was significant negative too.3.A total of 239 SSRs which contained 281 loci were used to construct linkage map, based on F5 population. It consisted of 19 linkage groups. And the total map length was 1499.48 cM with an average interval of 7.50 cM.4.By using composite interval mapping of Windows QTL Cartographer 2.5,a total of 10 QTLs were found for oil content, protein content and linolenic acid content.Of which 4 QTLs(qOC-A7,qOC-A9,qOC-A10 and qOC-C4) were for oil content, distributing on A7,A9,A10 and C4,respectively,explaining the phenotypic variation ranged from 1.70%~14.17%;3 QTLs(qPC-A7,qPC-A9 and qPC-C4) for protein content, distributing on A7,A9 and C4,respectively,explaining 0.12%~22.00%;3 QTLs (qLC-A7,qLC-A9 and qLC-A10) for linolenie acid content, distributing on A7,A9and A10,respectively,explaining 0.12%~22.00%.5.Conditional QTL analysis showed that qOC-A7,qPC-A7 and qLC-A7 on the A7 were pleiotropism,qOC-C4,and qPC-C4 on the C4 were pleiotropism.
