Leguminous crop as a main crop planted, the cultivated area is on rise,and more attention is paid on it. Leguminous crop foot rot, seriously yield and quality of beans. The identification of the pathogens of bean foot rot,and the effect mechanism has been widly reseached.but the reseach on foot rot of other legume crops is not much and deep enough.The difference between the pathogens of leguminous crop foot rot have not been reported. The following are resreachIn this study, leguminous crop with foot rot from Heilongjiang Province will be reseached to support the reasonable planting,prevention and cure of legume crop.Separated 8 pathogenic from the roots of pathogenic bacteria plant of main leguminous crops such as Bean, mung bean and kidney bean,which were collected from Heilongjiang The pathogens of leguminous crop foot rot,which mainly are Fusarium solan and Fusarium oxysporum, are isolated and identified by slide observiton and molecular identification.The pathogenicity which lead to soybean and other kinds beans foot rot are compared.The pathogens isolated from beans root can infect leguminous crop,and the infection ability are analyzed.The pathogens BAF05 (Fusarium oxysporum) with specific infection caninfect mung bean specificly,but the infection to soybean is slender.Fungicide for prevention and cure leguminous cropfoot rot is screened by bacteriostaiss. The effect is best when the rate of DuoJunling and FuMeishuang wettable power is 1:1.The bacteriostaiss shows that the antibacterial activity of fugicide to pathogens is best when its concentration is lmg/mL,and the diameter of the inhibition zone reach to 3.26 in average.Most of the chemical fugicide has great tox,therefore,the future research and application of biological fugicide has significant meaning.In this study an activator protein(AP) about 45kD has been taken out from Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium oxysporum which are root disorders of been. The results of activity experiment indicate that the AP can induction broad spectrum of the plants to promote its growth.. The AP also has obverse effects of germination rate, weight of root, length of root of the seeds of bean. The seeds of the beans which had been douse by 3μg/mL AP for 6h had the highest germination rate. The seeds of the beans which had been douse by 2μg/mL AP for 6h had the longest roots and heaviest of the roots.
