Firstly, the crude polysaccharides from Enteromporpha linza was extracted and refined by water extraction and ethanol precipitation methodand. With orthogonal experiment method, the optimal conditions of extraction was acquired as extracting 3 times and 3 hours every time at 100℃with 8 times volume water, while the optimal conditions of ethonal precipitation as that the volume ratio of the sample solution before and after concentration is 6:1, the volume ration of ethonal and sample solution, 3:1, and precipitation time,6 hours. The content of extracted polysaccharides from Enteromorpha linza was found to be 9.14% under these optimal conditions.Secondly, the uronic acid and sulfate content of the crude polysaccharides from Enteromporpha linza were determined by direct and indirect spectrophotometric methods respectively. The content of uronic acid is 13.2%, RSD 1.33%, while the content of sulfate is 9.42%, RSD 1.20%. Morever, their physiochemical properties of the crude polysaccharides were studied by thermogravimetic, UV spectrum and FT-IR, and the crude polysaccharides were separated further.Thirdly, four pure compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Tedania sp., and their structures were identified as bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, bis (2-ethylheptl) phthalate bis(2-ethyldecyl)phthalate and cholesterol by using 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. The latter three compounds were isolated from Tedania sp. for the first time.
