The Clinical Study Of Jiawei Ginseng Decoction On Treating Gastric Ulcer Of Spleen Deficiency And Cold Syndrome

Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect and security of JiaWei Ginseng Decoction on patients suffered from gastric ulcer of Spleen deficiency and cold syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with JiaWei Ginseng decoction orally twice one day, and the control group was treated with Famotidine 20mg orally twice one day.8 weeks was set as a course of treatment.Investigating the variety of the Chinese medicine symptom,ulcer area and Hp infection between the two groups.Result:The differential value of ulcer area in the treatment group is 83.84±39.28mm2 before and after the treatment,and in the control group is 81.74±54.20 mm2,the difference between the two groups is insignificant (T>0.05).The difference of the main symptom between the two groups is insignificant(P>0.05).The difference of Minor symptoms between the two groups is significant after treatment(P<0.05),it is better in the treatment group than in the control group.The difference of Hp infection degree of the two group is significant between the two groups(P<0.01).No side effect was found during the course of treatment.Conclusion:JiaWei Ginseng decoction has stable curative effect on the gastric ulcer of Spleen deficiency and cold syndrome.It can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,promote the healing of ulcer and eliminate Hp infection.
