A Study On The System Of Fujian Rural Public Health Insurance

The rural medical security system is an important part of the social security system. It plays an important role in developing medical and health services, promoting the urban and rural economic development and promoting the continuous, stable and harmonious development of the society. It receives ideas of survival, development and social harmony. It contains fair and safe value. It also has important theoretical and practical significance in protecting the rural vulnerable groups, narrowing the gaps between the rich and poor, constructing a new socialist countryside and constructing a well-off and harmonious society comprehensively. We should learn from the theory on the social security of the Marx's classical writers, the welfare economics theory and the theory of economics on the rural medical security. We analyze the existing problems, the main obstacles of the current rural medical security system and why it exists these problems. Our province has developed for over half a century. We now achieve most conditions to make equal access to public health. And because of our medical treatment of new-style country collaboration, the particularity and some shortages with medical supplies, this paper discusses it in the following:medical cooperative legislation, public finance, the policy level, fund raising, operation mechanism construction, supervision system and so on. It tries to enhance the effect of the supply for medical treatment of new-style country collaboration.
