| Objective:Finland observed induction of Danshen + G-CSF tablets after ischemic stroke of Yin-deficiency and wind generating Certificate autologous peripheral blood stem cell therapy.Method:60 inpatients were randomly divided into four groups:the Danshen + G-CSFgroup, the G-CSF group,the Danshen group, the blank control group,15 inpatients in each group.the Danshen group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection,the G-CSF group Subcutaneous injection of G-CSF, the Danshen + G-CSF group was combined with intravenous infusion of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection Subcutaneous injection of G-CSF, more than three groups I deal with the control group the blank group was based therapy + rehabilitation training.Result: 1)Itself before and after treatment:Control group and the Danshen group CD34+ cells, NSE levels are rising, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05),the G-CSF group and the Danshen+G-CSF group CD34+cells,NSE levels were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01).2)Between the two groups after treatment:the Danshen+G-CSF group CD34+cell group than in the G-CSF group although increased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), compared with the other two groups were significantly (P<0.05);The Danshen+G-CSF group NSE group was higher than the other three groups,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).3)Clinical comparison:the Danshen+G-CSF group neurological deficit score, Chinese symptom score than the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:G-CSF can be mobilized from the Finnish bone marrow stem cells into peripheral blood, and after intravenous infusion of Danshen injection can induce differentiation of stem cells mobilized into neuron-like cells, on TCM syndrome in patients with clinical improvement in more visible role, is a promising treatment for stroke patients with neurological defect. |
