In order to further study theα-Asarone derivatives in acorus gramineus of the insecticidal activity and the structure of the relationship between the development of new rural grain storage special New repellant,Target compounds in this article were obtained by chemical synthesis methods. First,the synthesis of asarone reference substance was as a research activity,Second, the aromatic ketone was synthesized by Friedel-Crafts reaction,Meanwhile, the synthesis of 2,4,5-trimethoxy benzaldehyde used as intermediates. Then,10α-asarone derivatives were obtained with aldol condensation reaction. Finally , the insecticidal activity was measured using fumigation methods.Aldol reaction is used two ways: Ultrasonic synthesis and synthesis without ultrasound. The structures were identified by 1HNMR,IR spectroscopy method. Insecticidal activity was measured by their grain beetle,maize weevil, red flour beetle of contact activity.The results are as follows:First,Friedel-Crafts reaction by a series of aromatic ketones,and then to hydroquinone as main raw materials,synthetic2,4,5-trimethoxy benzaldehyde. Second,theα-Asarone derivatives1a~1j was synthesized using aldol condensation reaction, in which 1b,1d,1f and 1i have not been reported. Three of the target compounds 1h,1i and 1j were synthesized containing phenolic ultrasonic,the use of ultrasonic synthesis reduced reaction time,increased yield,structure of the ten target compounds were identified by IR,1HNMR spectroscopy methods. Syntheticα-Asarone as a reference substance is used as insecticidal activity.α-Asarone andα-Asarone derivatives results show that the insecticidal activity:α-Asarone tested Tribolium,Maize weevil,gradually increased the toxicity of R. dominica,the highest toxicity against R. dominica,in dealing with the corrected mortality after 24h reached 34%,48h after the reach 35%,72h after the reach 37%;ten target compounds on the tested R. dominica,maize weevil,Tribolium toxicity showed that the compounds are not strong insecticidal effect onα-asarone.Among them,but for further study laid a foundation.
