[objective] To study the superparamagnetic iron oxide particles (superparamagnetic iron oxide particles, SPIO) labeled SD in vitro rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs) the feasibility of its SD rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs) biological activity. Prussian blue staining and electron microscopy showed dense cytoplasm containing iron particles2.Trypan blue staining showed that activity of magnetic markers on MSCs was no significant difference (P> 0.05)3.labeled cells can be normal as fat, bone formation cell differentiation.4.h2d1154 sequence and tseBR2d116 sequence tips and unlabeled cells in signal strength (SI) compared to,1×106 (labeled cells),5×105 (labeled cells) SI were significantly decreased (P<0.05), which h2dl154 sequence signal strength decay rate (ΔSI) were significantly higher than unlabeled group (P<0.05). In the two sequences 1 x 106 (labeled cells)ΔSI higher than 5×105 (labeled cells)ΔSI, but no significant difference (P> 0.05).[Conclusion]Combined SPIO polylysine successful tag MSCs, magnetic markers and potential differentiation of cells had no effect. Magnetic labeled cells to generate the MR signal changes characteristic of the low. Application 3.0TMR imaging tracer labeled cells is feasible to h2d1154 most sensitive imaging sequence.
