The Relationship Between The Gene Polymorphism Of Il-6, Il-10 And The Pci Postoperative Restenosis

Objective:In order to find the relationship of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene polymorphism between restenosis. after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:423 patients were selected in our study with coronary angiography after reexamination PCI, average follow-up time 24.83±4.11 months since October 2005 to October 2008. On the basis of the review of±4.11 coronary angiography results, patients were divided into two groups, including restenosis group(n=161) and restenosis group(n=261). To investgate the relationship of the basic data for PCI postoperative and restenosis. And each patient DNA was extraction from blood. Using method of PCR with specific primers amplification,IL-6 's 296bp fragment which locating promoter fragment-572 was amplified. Also using method of PCR with specific primers amplification,IL-10's 412bp fragment which locating promoter fragment -592 was amplified. Nucleic acid with restrictive enzymes are enzymes MbiI and enzyme RsaI. According to the agarose gel electrophoresis results after enzyme working, IL-6 genotype was invided into three types,CC(n=39),GG(n=193), GC(n=206), and IL-10 genotype also was invided into three types,CC(n=69),AA(n=175), CA(n=181).To find the influence of gene polymorphism on the gene polymorphism.Results:Using the Logistic regression, we found men (p=0.048), high lipoprotein (a) (p=0.008), target lesion vascular type for C (ACC/AHA classification) (p=0.042), small vessel (diameter<3mm) (p=0.032), were significant difference in control and restenosis group. Through the statistical analysis,423 patients, of IL-6 promoters-572 site and IL-10 promoters-592 site, the gene polymorphism distribution is different from foreign investgation. Through the statistical analysis, of IL-6 promoters-572 site and IL-10 promoters-592 site, we found that the gene polymorphism and PCI postoperative have not statistically significant differences.Conclusion:The situations such characteristics as men, high lipoprotein (a), target lesion for type C (ACC/AHA classification), small diameter<3mm vessels, can be marked high-risk patients, which need close follow-up, strengthening drug therapy. IL -6, IL10 gene polymorphism and PCI postoperative restenosis have no statistically significant differences on the genetic polymorphism,.Its distribution maybe has racial differences,which need more further study and analysis with bigger sample data.
