Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the early diagnosis of the serum VEGF levels in traumatic cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Method: The expression of serum levels of VEGF and the Flow velocity of Middle cerebral artery and extracranial internal carotid artery measured by TCD were examed in 69 cases of tSAH patients assessed by CT scanning。The expression and relationship between each group were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 for Windows software. Results: 28 cases of Cerebral vasospasm were confirmed, 14 cases were severe, 20 cases, were moderate, 4 cases were mild。the incidence of vasospasm was correlated with serum levels of VEGF expression。with the volume of subarachnoid blood and the severity of brain injury, the incidence of vasospasm improved significantly。Conclusion: The result of this study shows that the incidence of vasospasm was correlated with serum levels of VEGF expression。with the volume of subarachnoid blood and the severity of brain injury, the incidence of vasospasm improved significantly。Therefore, through the determination of serum VEGF levels and CT imaging within 24 hours of performance, we can predict the CVS following tSAH ,then we can do the Early diagnosis and prophylactic treatment ,in order to make the prognosis of the patients better。... |
