Epilepsy and other neurological diseases are challenges of modern scientific research. In recent years, a variety of theoretical and experimental methods have been taken to treat epilepsy and other neurological diseases, such as acupuncture, TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), applying drugs, both with varying degrees of effectiveness. Present study has found that: the micro-foundation of these neural diseases is based on brain neurons firing patterns, ie, neurons coding was changed by the stimulations of the outside world. It's found that traditional Chinese acupuncture practices of different neurons may affect the action potential initiation dynamic, which leads to changes in neural coding. Therefore, action potential initiation dynamic may be an important mechanism of neuronal coding, how external stimuli change the action potential initiation dynamics mechanism of neuron has important biological physical meaning. In this paper, through applying neurons nonlinear time series analysis on acupuncture experimental data, based on the HH (Hodgkin-Huxley model), ML (Morrisr-Lecar) neuron model, we create a phenomenological neuron model that can reproduce various firing patterns of neuron in the complex experimental data, etc. In this model, all of the firing modes in the experimental data can be reproduced only by changing one parameter. Using phase plane analysis and bifurcation analysis to study the firing patterns produced by different acupuncture; use current separation of fast and slow method of model at the potential before threshold values to study the contact of the different ion current competition and action potential initiation dynamic, revealing the neural coding produced by acupuncture biophysical mechanisms.Through the phase plane and bifurcation analysis of DC electric field phenomenological model of the action potential initiation mechanism, from two-dimensional phase plane trajectory and one-parameter bifurcation diagram analysis, has been a change in firing patterns of non-linear kinetics due to changes in the external electric field strength. Raised the theory of electric field has impact on the competition of different ions channel current in under threshold voltage, and study the external electric field on neuronal dynamics of action potential initiation inception. In the model by adding the ion channels that lead to neurons adaptive and related variables, we constitute the high-dimensional model, using the phase plane and bifurcation analysis of projection methods to analyze the impacts of ion channel on the firing patterns of neurons changes in non-linear of kinetics, obtained the connection between the results of competition among original model of the ion channels and different ion channels in neurons and action potential initiation dynamic. In the neural model by adding Wash-out filter element model of the bifurcation of the neural control point location. Through the detailed analysis of two-dimensional phase plane trajectories and one-parameter bifurcation diagram, we study relationship between effect of control on the competition of different ion channels under the threshold voltage of and neural action potential initiation dynamic.Through this study, we reveal the impact of acupuncture, applied electric field stimulation, neural adaptation current, Wash-out filter control on the biophysical mechanisms in changes of neuronal firing patterns and the establish the bridge between neuronal coding and biophysical basis of neuronal information coding the and provides a new idea for acupuncture electrical information coding and the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases like seizures etc.
