Aims: Utilise the enzyme-linked immunoassay MINI-VIDAS method to primary screen three species of pathogenic bacteria, Salmonella, Escherichia coli O157 and Mononuclear cell proliferative listeria in foods rapidly. Which can shorten the testing period, improve the detection efficiency, and ensure the accuracy of detecting data. Methods: Six labtoratories verify respectively the sensitivity and specificity of the enzyme-linked immunoassay MINI-VIDAS methods for Salmonella, Escherichia coli O157 and Mononuclear cell proliferative listeria in the food, and detect the accuracy rating and applicability of GB method and MINI-VIDAS with adding standard bacteria liquid into four pollution levels of food matrix. Results: All of the specificity of the enzyme-linked immunoassay MINI-VIDAS method for Salmonella, Escherichia coli O157 and Mononuclear cell listeria, are 100%, and the accuracy rating for almonella, escherichia coli O157 and mononuclear cell proliferative listeria, is respectively 100%, 99% and 99.6%. However, the accuracy rating of GB method for the three species of pathogenic bacteria is respectively 99.8%, 96.9% and 99.2%. Conclusions: The enzyme-linked immunoassay MINI-VIDAS method is more accuracy than GB method, to some extent, it can decrease the undetected event in the course of detection, is suitable for the most large quality inspection institutions. |
