The Clinic And Empirical Study Of Banxia Xiexin Decoction (coldhead Complex Modle) On Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To observe the clinic effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction treated with patients with the modle of coldhead complex in Functional dyspepsia on Motilin (MTL),and to explore the possible mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Functional dyspepsia.Methord:Separate all patients to two groups who fit the diagnostic criteria of Functional dyspepsia.one group called control group with 30 people given western medicine(Motiline),and another group called Banxia Xiexin Decoction group also with 30 patient ginen Banxia Xiexin Decoction.The course of treatmeant is two weeks.we will score the clinic symptom before and after treatment separately,so as to contrast the change of clinic symptom of two group and evaluate the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction. We will also observe the difference of MTL before and after treatment at the same time.Result:1. After the two weeks treatments,the total effective rate of Banxia Xiexin Decoction group and control group is separately 90.0% and 86.7%, which has no statistical significance(p>0.05).The score of clinic symptom of two groups obviously decreased(P<0.01).But the decrease of Banxia Xiexin Decoction group obviously surpassed the control group (p<0.05); 2. The lever of MTL density of two groups has obviously increased((P<0.01),which has no statistical significance (P>0.05)Conclusion:1.The effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Madinglin on Functional dyspepsia is equivalency; 2.Banxia Xiexin Decoction can obviously improve patients'clinic symptom,and the effect is better than western medicine(Motilin); 3. Banxia Xiexin Decoction can raise paitints'MTL, and the effect is the same as Motilin.It may be one of the mechanisms of Banxia Xiexin Decoction to improve disturbance of stomach and bowl which to promote stomach movement througe increasing MTL of patients;4. Banxia Xiexin Decoction is an effective prescription to the patient with the modle of coldhead complex in Functional dyspepsia.
