Rabdosia excisoides,a plant of labiatae,growing in waste areas,steamsides,spares, forests,7000-3000m,mainly founded in Hubei,Sichuan,Yunan,Henan etc.Rabdosia plants contian many kinds of chemical compounds,especially,ent-kaurane diterpene are main actvity components. It is reported that these compounds have better bio-activity,such as cytotoxity activity,anti-oxidative activity,immunity adjust function,the activity toward cardiovascular system,anti-bacteria and anti-virus.particular its cytotoxity activity has been paid more attention by pharmacologists in the word.In the past few years,along with the researchers all over the word taking more attention on the compunds of ent-kaurane,the chemical composition of Rabdosia excisoides and relevant pharmacodynamical action was subjected to be concerned.In this paper study on the chemical constituents of Rabdosia excisoides(form longyuwang,luoyang,he-nan).We obtain the Ether-extracs,80%EtOH estracts, 70%EtOH estracts by extract,decolorization,concentration.The extracs of Rabdosia excisoides were chromatographed over macroprous pore resin column,recrystallization etc.9 compounds were separated and purfied.On the basis of their spectal data(1H-NMR,13C-NMR etc)and chemical evidence,their stuctures were indentified.most of these compounds are also evaluated in biological activities.my specific work as follows:Fristly,research on the chemcial constituents of Rabdosia excisoides were reviewed form the aspect of their plant,chemical components,pharmacological acivities etc.Secondly,we studied systemically on Rabdosia excisoides extraction by Ether and EtOH.9 compounds were isolated by using macroprous pore resin column,recrystallization etc,and were elucidated by their spectral data.the confirmed compunds wereβ-sitosterol(Ⅰ), Stigmasterol(Ⅱ),n-pentadecanoic acid(Ⅲ),undecanoic acid,1',1",1'"-(1,2,3-prop-anetriyl) ester(Ⅳ),Esculetin(Ⅴ),Methyl rosmarinate(Ⅵ),daucosteril(Ⅶ),Kamebacetal-A(Ⅷ), 12-hydroxy-3β-Acetoxyabieta-8,11,13-triene(Ⅸ)...
