| ObjectiveIn order to relieve psychological discomfort and improve quality of life of the cardiovascular with OSA patients, which should be pursued to meet the purpose of promoting entire rehabilitation. The goal of this study was to discuss the psychological intervention to the cardiovascular with OSA disease patient by means of investigating and analyzing the cardiovascular with OSA disease patients'anxiety, depression condition and life quality.Methods1. The clinical case investigated one-hundred cardiovascular patients, who came to the Sleep Centre of Guang Dong General Hospital to have a test and were finaly diagnosed OSA from July 2009 to January 2010.2. Study tools included PolySomnoGraphy, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and medical outcomes study 36-item Short Form health survey (SF-36).3. The date was analyzed using logistic regression anlysis, correlation anlysis and t-test. Logistic regression anlysis was used to evaluate the influencing factors of the cardiovascular with OSA patients'emotion. Correlation analysis was used to compare the HADS scores and SF-36 scores of cardiovascular with OSA patients. Scores of SF-36 between psychology disorder patients and non- psychology disorder patients were compared through the use of t-test, as well as anxiety patients and non- anxiety patients, and depression patients and non- depression patients.Results1. We finally got ninety-six questionnaires. The morbidity of the ninety-six cardiovascular with OSA patients'anxiety and depression is 19.8% and 28.1% respectively. And the morbidity of psychology disorder is coming up to 34.4%.2. Cardiovascular with OSA patients'anxiety scores were significantly correlated with depression scores (r=0.533,P=0.000). Eight aspects of SF-36 and the anxiety emotion have statistical significance (r=-0.260,-0.321,-0.311,-0.522,-0.460,-0.439,-0.571,-0.380 corresponding;P<0.05 all). Five aspects of SF-36 and the depression emotion have statistical significance (r=-0.421,-0.556,-0.396,-0.240,-0.503 corresponding;P<0.05 all).3. The life quality of patients who have psychological problem are lower than none. Such as, physical functioning, role-physical, vitality, social functioning and mental health (mean +standard deviation= 73.94+25.58 vs 79.84+17.83,22.73+35.56 vs 46.03+46.92,51.97+21.83 vs 75.79+14.57,55.30+32.33 vs 85.71+19.16,64.85+21.79 vs 86.98+11.36;P<0.05 all). The life quality of patients who have anxiety symptom are lower than none. For instance, role-physical and role-emotional (mean +standard deviation= 11.84+28.10 vs 44.48+45.64, 15.79+34.01 vs 62.34+45.03 corresponding;P=0.000 all). The life quality of patients who have depression symptom are lower than none. Such as, physical functioning, vitality, social functioning and mental health (mean+standard deviation=23.15+35.31 vs 43.84+46.65, 50.93+22.83 vs 74.13+15.67 , 56.48+34.73 vs 82.61+21.57, 65.48+23.38 vs 84.81+13.54;P<0.05 all).4. Logistic regression analysis found out that influencing factors of the cardiovascular with OSA patients'anxiety emotion is the degree of blood oxygen saturation at night(OR=2.057,95%CI:1.147～3.688,P=0.016)and the family history of the OSA (OR=0.124,95%CI:0.016～0.985,P=0.048).The influencing factors of depression emotion are the symptom of awakening early and easily(OR=4.375,95%CI:1.148～16.676,P=0.031).Conclusion1. The cardiovascular with OSA patient's morbidity of anxiety and depression is higher. And the negative emotionality is correlative with the quality of life widely.2. The degree of blood oxygen saturation at night, the family history of the OSA and are inversely related to the anxiety emotion of the the cardiovascular with OSA patients. Awakening early and easily is related to the depression emotion of patients. 3. To promote the cardiovascular with OSA patients'holistic recovering, we should clear up the negative emotionality, such as anxiety and depression. The way is improving the patients'quality of sleeping and life. |
