The Significance Of Strengthen Rural Culture Work And Its Philosophical Basis

Strengthening rural cultural development is building "the development of production and living well-off, township wind civilization, the village clean and tidy capacity to manage democracy" an important content of a new socialist countryside is the main guarantee that it plays an irreplaceable special status and role. In this paper, the status of cultural work in rural areas start to explore the cultural work of strengthening the rural necessity and urgency. States: strengthening rural cultural development is to build a socialist harmonious society, to accelerate the building of new countryside and important measures for the main content, which is to promote the comprehensive development of an important means of freedom, it is to implement the scientific concept of development, solve the "three rural" issue imperative.
