As an important judicial system, Jury System is adopted by many countries. In different cultural background and litigation, the Jury System developed into the world's two major paradigms: the Jury system and the Trial system of Assessors. Based on the inspection of the jury system history, this paper holds that the dispute of jury system origin has exactly proven the jury system has university and commonality around the world. In fact, most countries have introduced or inherited this system. The economic base determines the superstructure, the development of capitalism has not only made great economic achievements also made great success in the in the system. The jury system, the experience of centuries of development, has become more mature in Europe and the United States system design, which limited the space to play in other modern countries. As enter into the 20th century, the Britain and America have made corresponding adjustments to adapt to needs of social development, even some countries re-established the status of the jury system (Russia, Spain, etc.), which caused widespread concern in the academic circles. Our country's jury system, after experienced several twists and turns, has become an important judicial system, but its status is not optimistic. From the perspective of political function or social value function, it has the great significance to our current judicial solution of some problems and legal status improvements.
