It contains the definition and varieties.In the second part, the author analyzes China food safety .With this understanding, the author describes the view point of herself about the ingredient of the food safetyIn the third part, the author studies the four most controversial principles of liability attribution, which are the principle of no-fault liability, the principle of fault liability liability.In the fourth part, the author brings forward several questions about the food production operators liabilities fixation in the food safety injury accidents. Especially the specific analysis the food production operators liabilities specifically identified.In the last part, this thesis brings forward the legislation design of the food safety accident obligation.
