In recent years, with the rapid economic development and urbanization process, a large number of surplus labors in rural areas began to move to cities and towns. However, due to the limitations of various conditions, lots of them have to leave their children in the rural areas; these children are known as the "rural hometown-remained children". Survey results show that when their parents left home, the hometown-remained children in the rural areas have to face lots of problems, for example, culture and education in poor condition, be lack of mental health education, be short in safety education, shortage of values education and other distortions in education. According to the reports, some conclusions are drawn:family, school and community are the main important factors that influencing on the education of the hometown-remained children in the rural areas. Therefore, in order to dealing with the education condition of the hometown-remained children, we have to make the following efforts to enhance the life and education quality of rural hometown-remained children:the government should be the leading force, while the family, the school and the society have to integrated together to form an interaction mechanism to create a healthy environment for the rural hometown-remained children, and these efforts should be regarded as the most urgent task.
