Changchun City College Men's Basketball Talents Investigation And Analysis

Once upon a time, the competitive level of Chinese basketball has rapidly increased, Chinese women's basketball team got second place in the World Championships and Olympic Games, Chinese men's basketball team got the eighth place in these two games, but both men's and women's basketball team can only maintain our edge in Asia. History and reality have begun to urge us to discuss the development of Chinese basketball from the point of view of reserving basketball talent. Talents are the basis of a country's competitive ability, the condition of talents reserve affects the basketball level of a country. Only have strong basketball talent pool can a country be in an invincible position in the fierce competition. Make an investigation on age structure,education structure,job conditions,training and restoration measures of coaches,training motivation,learning and training condition,the condition of school and inter-school competition and basketball motivation and basketball culture awareness of general students by means of literature,statistics,questionnaire and interview to understand the current condition of reserve forces of Changchun men's basketball team and make a specific analysis. The conclusion shows that:the age structure,education structure,training opportunities and the level of scientific training of the coaches who work in training the basketball reserve talents in Changchun need to be improved. Learning time and energy of players can not be guaranteed, "Learning and training contradictions" are still prominent and there are few entry opportunities. Fund is not enough, the traditional basketball facilities is still not perfect, indoor sports venue is relatively small, they are not enough to meet the training and competition needs of basketball players. The politics on sports carried out in Changchun are not perfect, to some extent, basketball has been neglected, and media lacks sufficient attention to basketball which makes the development of Changchun basketball unsatisfactory.According to the investigation on basketball reserve forces in Changchun, broadening the channels of training talents, expanding the basketball population, easing the "learning and training contradictions", improving the level of coaches and formulating corresponding countermeasure in order to enhance the basketball reserve talents, improve the basketball reserve talents training system in Changchun and provide a useful reference for Changchun and other cities in China on training and transporting basketball reserve talents.
