With the continuous progress and innovation of science and technology, as well as the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, professional and high skilled personnel demand becomes more and more. But there is a large gap between the supply and demand of high skilled talents, moreover, the cultivation of talents is inadequate. The serious shortage of skilled talents will be the bottleneck to sustainable development of social and economic.Based on this context, the research status of skilled talents and the connotation and denotation of skilled talents are analyzed, and furthermore, the characteristics, the development trend, and the increasingly important role of high skilled talents are discussed.On the basis of the advanced high-skill talents training modes of the developed countries, the background, features and successful experience are analyzed, and the high-skill talents cultivating modes of Germany and Britain are specially studied, in order to draw lessons from these modes.Using the data for high-skill talents from the labor market monitoring center, the supply and demand of the skilled personnel are analyzed quantitatively and the future trend of supply and demand of highly skilled talents are forecasted, in order to find out the supply shortfall of it.Through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign experiences and quantitative research of supply and demand on high-skilled talents, the existing problems on high-skill talents team construction are summarized and the reasons of these problems are analyzed. On the basis of these, the policies and suggestions of skilled talents training mode are put forward, intend to provide certain theoretical support for high-skill talents cultivation.Finally, the limitations of this thesis are summarized and the existing problems and the future research are stated.
