The Study Of Ideological And Political Education In College Crisis Management

In the primary stage of socialism, colleges are facing the complex contradictions and diverse challenges due to economic transition and social transformation. Colleges'crisis management is not only ensuring the safety of students, teachers and properties, the reputation of colleges and the regular education and teaching, but also affecting the social stability. "Ideological and political education is the lifeline of economic works and all other works ". Facing serious situations, how to utilize the role of ideological and political work in colleges' crisis management is an important research topic.Nowadays, Chinese Colleges'Crisis Management is in the initial stage, there are not many research achievements regarding the integrating of college's crisis management and the ideological and political education. Bases on stage theory of crisis management and empirical study, this paper analyzes the relationship between colleges'crisis management and ideological and political education and their status, recognizes the achievements of Chinese colleges'crisis management integrating with the ideological and political education in process, points out the weaknesses and challenges of the ideological and political education in colleges'crisis management, proposes recommendations for the improvement of ideological and political education in colleges'crisis management:ensuring the principal of their integration, then strategies to improve colleges'crisis management based on ideological and political education:firstly, recognizing crisis; Secondly, substantiating college's crisis management system; Thirdly, enhancing communication of crisis management information. Fourthly, resolving the problem of the faiths and job seeking. Overall, utilizing the "lifeline" role of ideological and political education, exploring effective ways for colleges'crisis management in order to maintain colleges'stability and build a socialist harmonious society.
