The labor market is an important component of the market. Since implementation of the employment system about the "two-way choice, choose their own jobs", the labor market plays the more and more significant role which can not be ignored in the course of graduates employment, and the labor market is in transition which is from a planned to a market period in Xinjiang, the deficiencies of labor market is an important factor that holds back the employment of university graduates. Therefore, to make solutions and recommendations for improving the labor market and promoting the graduates employment, this paper analyzes issues of university graduates employment from the perspective of the labor market in Xinjiang.Paper explores the labor market how to impact the university graduates employment in Xinjiang from the perspective of various elements in the labor market by the theoretical study and empirical research method, using human capital theory, labor market segmentation theory, job search theory, signal screening theory and related models, data. And paper shows that there is a structural contradiction between the university graduates employment and the labor market. First of all, long-term system segmentation, urban and rural segmentation of labor market, industries segmentation caused economic restructuring and special region segmentation affect the fairness of the labor market in Xinjiang. The higher employment barriers between primary and secondary labor market increase the flow cost, limit the employment options in the course of the graduates employment. Which are direct causes of structural unemployment of the university graduates in Xinjiang. Secondly, the information is dissymmetrical between employing units and university graduates in the labor market in Xinjiang, which extends the time of search and match between employing units and university graduates, reduces the efficiency of employment. Thirdly, finding wage system improves the threshold that the university graduates enter the labor market and results in the phenomenon of talent high consumption through calculation and comparison of the standard deviation, deviation and the inequality degree of wages in Xinjiang. Fourth, paper analyzes the development of the labor market and the trends of the university graduates employment in Xinjiang. With the deepening of market-oriented process and infrastructure perfection, it is gradually decreased that the impact on the fundamental elements and the protection elements for the university graduates employment in the course of the development of labor market in Xinjiang, but this is a long period. The price elements and the market structure will become main influencing factors of the university graduates employment.Based on the above analysis, the paper put forward proposals to promote the university graduates employment from the perspective of the labor market in Xinjiang:it is to be needed to further optimize the social environment of the labor market, to strengthen the government's macro-control for the labor market, to play fully function of the labor market itself to configure its own human resources in Xinjiang.
