With the development of the society and economic globalization, the talents need to be various and multi-layered. Society urgently needs all kinds of high technology-based, application-type talents. Private college is necessary. It solves the problem between higher education and society needs. Currently, the country's investment in education is inadequate, the existing public education resources can't meet the needs. The government no longer took everything of private higher education. Private colleges are;un to use the market me.hanisms and finance independently. They reduce the country's pressure and train a large number of talents for the society.In recent years, the public colleges enlarge the scales gradually, some foreign education institution have come to China. All of these increased the pressure of the private colleges. As a private college, ZZJT College has trained a large number of talents on automobile that meet the needs of the society. Not only does she have the common points and the advantages with the other private college, but also she has the shortcomings. Facing the opportunities, it also meets the challenges. It is necessary for ZZJT College to have its feature and raise the teaching quality. Human resources is the most important. To be successful or not depends on the teacher's quantity. It has achieved a lot for the change from the traditional personnel management system to modern human resources management system. For various reasons, the teachers in ZZJT College are far behind that of the public universities. For many years, the part-time and retired teachers from the public university are the main part in private college, which can't meet the needs of the large students scale. ZZJT College needs to reform urgently. The thesis analyzes the problem in Human resources management from Information management, human resource management concepts, optimize human resources structure, innovation and human resource management systems, improve ZZJT Colleges of human resource management environment, the establishment of people-oriented management philosophy, Universal Higher management of the quality of personnel, logistics managers team building and the culture. Finally, it analyzed Present condition of its human resource management in ZZJT College and put forward the Promoting strategies.
