Research On The Key Technologies Of The "without Table" On Enterprise Purchase Management During Supply Chain

Manufacturing is one of the primary industries for national economy. "Without Table" project is an importance of "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", which is to abandon the operation mode of paper as the main vector to business management and information transmission during enterprise management process, and "Without Table" will be the important indicator and specific requirements to realize operating management informatization within a period of future time for manufacture information engineering of China.Supply Chain is around center enterprise, and it connects the supplier, the manufactory, the tradesman, the retailer and the consumer in the end to form a whole mode of functional chain construction through the information flow, logistics, and funds flow. As one of important content in the SCM, Purchasing Management(PM) is abridge that connects the raw materials and the half-finished products in the field of exchange of production and cooperation, and it promotes the relationship of the production requirement and materials supply.In this thesis, expounded the national and international status quo of manufacturing information, introduced China's "Without Table" project background, the level of connotation and significance; Manufacturing enterprise procurement management within the supply chain as the study object, summed up the concepts, types and functions of supply chain management and procurement management, as well as the status, role and characteristics of procurement management within the supply chain; By analyzing the general procurement business processes and the existence disadvantages, proposed a "Without Table" project suitable procurement business process which based supply chain environment; and after analysis the importance and classification of corporate account table, the statements and abandon statements within procurement management were analyzed and focused on related key technologies,and the paper proposed the basic steps of "Without Table"; the informatization project in Switchgear Plant of Yunnan as an example, "Without Table," project implementation situation was analyzed and Pointed out the inadequacies; through analyzed and reforged the procurement business process in Switchgear Plant of Yunnan, combined with modern information technology, especially Internet technology, set up a procurement management " Without Table " management information system model, and realized the first level work of procurement management " Without Table " project in Switchgear Plant of Yunnan, then analyzed and researched the key technologies involved in the second level realization of " Without Table " project in Switchgear plant of Yunnan, offered references for gradual realization of" Without Table " project in Switchgear Plant of Yunnan.
