Lunar Surveying and Mapping is an important scientific lunar exploration missionobjectives, our lunar exploration satellite to the lunar surveying and mapping providesvaluable data resources. This dissertation will focus Chang'E-1 satellite access to thethree-line array CCD image data on surface and laser altimeter data, a preliminary studyusing laser altimeter data as control information generated on surface DEM of methods,the main work done as follows:1. The paper describes the development of lunar exploration, conducts a systematicexposition on research status about the three-line array CCD image photogrammetryprocessing.2. China's Chang'E-1 satellite carrying a payload of three-line array CCD stereocamera and laser altimeter works principal and data processing described in detail, anddata storage format that planetary data system (PDS) are described.3. Image texture features as the lunar is not obvious, and the images are affected bylight gray is also obvious differences, the paper design a lunar surface stereo imagesmatching method based on combination of SIFT and correlation coefficient, andconducted an experimental research and analysis, experimental results show that thismethod is an effective lunar surface stereo images matching method.4. According to three-line array CCD image photogrammetry theory, using laseraltimeter data, select the appropriate control points, and photogrammetric processing onthe images front view, nadir view and back view, with the mobile surface fitting for DEMinterpolation generate regular grid of the DEM and laser altimeter data as check points toevaluate the accuracy of interpolation. Experimental results show that the root meansquare error of elevation within three pixels.
