With China's Navigation satellite technology applications deepening, the satellite research task increasing, It is the only way to adapt to the future development of the new situation and new demands that optimizing the development process, improving efficiency. Testing play a decisive role in satellite development process, how to manage the standardized test level, the development phase of the test data and the effective utilization, has a serious problem.In the current satellite development model, the levels and phases lack uniformity of test data management. Distributed data sources, diversity of test data table format, not uniform data carriers, All above has brought great difficulties in test data of extraction, query, summary, statistical analysis, and comprehensive utilization.This issue is based on the needs of developed from this background. Combined with the actual requirements of satellite development work, using SOA architecture, Web Service technology, design standards, scalable data acquisition interface, standardize test data storage format, establish a "Spacecraft Product Test Data Comparison System". This paper analyzed the system design, described relative theory and realization.Firstly, combined SOA thinking and research, related navigation satellite test data management, analyze the key segments, optimize the test workflow. Summarize and describe the overall technical architecture of spacecraft Product Test Data Comparison System.Secondly, on this basis of technical architecture and SOA concepts, bring out SOA-based good openness, ease of use, scalable, system technical architecture model. Illustrate the collaboration relationship between the layers of the model. Discuss the design and implementation methods in detail.Finally, this paper base on the SOA architectural, described realization method of three main modules in this system, and validated the functional module with theoretical analysis and experimental results.
