| As the era of 3G arrivals, the telecom industry, which has been reorganized, began to enter to a new stage of business operation and competition. Thus, it is necessary to improve the market analysis and decision-making ability of the personnel who should quick response to the market competition and challenge. The construction and application of the Business Analysis Support System (BASS), which is based on business intelligence, is very important to support the market analysis and decision-making work. Through the planning and construction for years, BASS has been built many applications for query, reports and analysis. The business analysts of telecom industry were more and more hardly to get the useful information from the BASS. The telecommunication enterprises should build a data mart based on data warehouse to support personalized applications. This paper mainly researches the key technology and theory, and designs the personal information platform.This paper firstly systematically summarized the support theory and technology for realization the personal information platform, including the basic concept, structure, features and process. This paper analyzed the status and problems of the BASS, and put forward the targets and contents of the personal information platform. Through the designs of requirements collection and analysis of the requirements, this paper summarized the requirements of the platform. This paper expatiate some aspects of the design work:the prototype design, platform architecture, data model design, ETL design. Though the implementation of the interactive design theory and the considering of the project's construction, the prototype was been iterative designed. This paper show the system design and implementation through the aspects of framework design, model design, ETL design, on-line analytical processing(OLAP) development design, user training and collect feedback. After the implementation of the platform, the availability of platform has been proved by the display.Finally, this paper summarized the work, and gave some suggestions for further study. |
