Starting from this key point, through the accumulation of working experiences in the field of maintaining mobile network, and introduces the development background, the role of meaning and eventual improvements of the system after putting into operation. The purpose is regulating the management of transmission resources, rational utilization of transmission resources, improve service quality, increase work efficiency.Transport Resource Management System, mainly through the four functions of management achieve the manage transmission resources, which includes:resource query management, transmission link change management, operation and maintenance assessment management and system management. The role of resource management is to query all the resources associated with the transfer information into the system, to facilitate the user's query and regularly updated; transmission link change management is to achieve an electronic link to adjust and improve current work processes, so that adjustments can be standardized and orderly link, improve the professional department in operator to work together to improve teamwork ability and work efficiency; operation and maintenance assessment management is based on established the operator maintain job requirements specification, optimization of daily's repair work, Maintenance departments can make the first time to understand the maintenance level of the failure base station, and the module also features repair information recorded, to achieve the objective of improving the efficiency of maintenance. The role of maintenance management is the complete user management.Using the principle of database design and in accordance with the actual situation and needs of the management maintenance, the article tries to process the contents and work flows, such as information collection, classification and aggregation in order to establish the concept of data model. And the author tries to use ER model to abstract entities of information, and transform conceptual structure into logical data structure model through the structural design. Finally, through the Structured Query Language the initial design requirements can be realizes.At last, the paper describes the practical operation effectiveness of this system and improvements in future.
