| Fault diagnosis of boiler operation is an key point for the power plant It is an active developing direction to apply object oriented method and the technology of artificial intelligence in boiler fault diagnosis. Based on the existing theory and technology of fault diagnosis, firstly systematic frame of boiler fault diagnosis was presented theoretically according to the boiler system's construction and function and fault traits, which were combined with boiler operation characteristic. Models based on structure and function are adopted to construct the fault diagnosis. Field deep knowledge and experience shallow knowledge etc. are combined to be used organically and the actual knowledge is expressed with integrated the database technology at the same time. Fault diagnosis knowledge is expressed effectively with regular knowledge, model knowledge, frame knowledge and nerve network knowledge. Through analysis and studying the existing fault diagnosis theories, it has designed reasonable control mechanism with mixing of deep and shallow knowledge. At the same time, nerve network diagnosis technology will be embedded. During carrying out research of this boiler, this paper combined the relevant fault diagnosis ,reliability study theories and the actual operation of boil .At the same time the shutdown reasons can't find .We held the meeting with a lot of experts .We diagnose the problems in all respects, such as system control operation and equipment maintenance .Finally, with the help of data collection system, we catched and diagnosed the faulty signal, the shutdown reasons of the boiler finally are confirmed by all experts .It's caused by WILLIAMS system, this system is a very complex control system ,is safety protection system of independently to boiler chamber(FSSS) and DCS control system .So the data is difficulty to be shared together. In the coal quality is becoming decreased ,system powder work is abnormal, appearing waiting phenomenon, the handle method of the operators is not on time, causing boiler shutdown. At the same time under the abnormal case, the plant shutdown, WILLIAMS system can't provide enough information ,it is made the diagnose work very difficult to carry out, we can't take effective precaution to prevent accidents .After the fault diagnosis, the result is coming out, we immediately carry out the technical modification of system, now the modification is achieved the design requirements. |
