| Many accidents of power system are caused by the insulation. It's very important to do insulation testing in order to ensure the safety of the power system. Dielectric loss measurement is a sensitive method of the insulation testing. Several dielectric loss measurement methods commonly used can't remove the interference of the common power system. Therefore, this paper refers a method for dielectric loss measurement by using variable frequency power supply. The hardware and software design are presented in this paper.This topic designed a variable frequency power supply for dielectric loss measurement. Digital signal processor TMS320F2812 is the controlling center of the system. Based on DSP, a new SPWM algorithm, anti-windup pid algorithm, and dual-loop control system are realized; this topic use ADS8364 to achieve high-accurate A/D conversion; and also designed the main inverter circuit, driving circuit, the sampling conditioning circuits, protection, snubber circuit and so onIn order to achieve high accurate measurement of dielectric loss, this system uses a high-performance power measurement chip CS5463.By using Fourier transform analyze the voltage and current this system can get dielectric loss tangent tgδaccurately.This issue use LabView platform for the man-machine interface design. Also this system realized the communication between DSP and the man-machine interface, the communication between DSP and the dielectric loss measurement modules CS5463. |
