The Design And Implementation Of The Intercommunication Of Distribution Management System And Post Electronic Office System In China Post

The sale distribution and mail order are unique postal services. The development of DMS began from 2004, and it has been applied in 20 provinces in China until now. But its application only covers the county level's post offices, and can't be applied in the branch post offices. This has already restricted the popularity of the distribution business.In this paper, by analyzing the current situation of the sale distribution and mail order services, and utilizing the Webservice technology and ESB, the intercommunication of DMS and PEO are designed and implemented. The intercommunication of DMS and PEO is based on the China Post's intranet and Internet, throughout communication server switches twice, ESB's communication server is connected with DMS communication server. It makes PEO be able to accept the basic business and collect data, and DMS could accept business more than 70,000 branch post offices throughout the whole country. The sale distribution and mail order services can be managed by unified standard. Meanwhile, the corresponding functions have been designed and realized in order to improve the structure of DMS.The author of the paper involves in the works including request analysis, system design and part of the coding and deployment.
