According to the inherent nonlinear characteristics of the acid-alkali titration curve, a PID control algorithm is carried on in the process. A PID control algorithm with three segment nonlinear variable gain is investigated to develop the PID control algorithm. In addition, an advanced control algorithm including a fuzzy control algorithm, a fuzzy control algorithm with integration module(IFC) and a model reference nonlinear control (MRNC)algorithm are investigated and carried on in the process . The simulated results of these control algorithms show that intelligent control algorithm is more advantage than PID control algorithm and a perfect effect is obtained. This lays the fundament to implement the PH control strategy.By running the test in actual production, the configuration system achieved very good results. |
