Design of cigarette recipe is foundation and core in the process of design of the entire tobacco industry. Over the years, cigarette companies have accumulated a lot of basic data and research and development data, which are very valuable, but they are dispersed, insufficient relevance, and integration is low. With the help of data mining techniques, we can increase awareness of the inherent regularity of tobacco production for the cigarette product design and production management. It also can help us to mine the tremendous value of data to increase and provide decision support and achieve digital of design and product. There is important practical significance for cigarette enterprises to design and product scientifically and efficiently, improve stability and productivity,and enhance competitiveness.Based on the influence factors and characteristics of cigarette quality data, it studies SPA technology in quality control on cigarette formula quality. According to its little data sample, heavy noise, numerical value, numerical data is handled by support vector machines. Then cigarette formula is found according to gray analytic hierarchy process, and the statistical process adjustment model is established. Quality factors are adjusted in principle of minimizing the total cost of the constraints.Finally, the aim of quality stable equilibrium is achieved. Based on the quality of flue-cured tobacco control formula, the method has achieved certain effect. Main job content as follows:1. Date of quality of cigarette formula is processed by data mining and grey ahp is applied to find impact factors.2. Adjust MCMC method to establish adjustment model that is suitable for numerical data, and optimize it.3. According to cost minimization principle, deviation of tobacco formula is analyesd and adjusted.research conclusions:1. Influence factors can be found accurately with the help of grey ahp.2. Statistical process control model that can adjusts and control influence factors is established. And it is proved that it can funcation well.
