Research On Commercialization Of Microfinance In China Rural

Rural microfinance is a finance service to satisfy rural finance need. It is important for rural economies, now it has proved to be successful in the whole world. UN has named 2005 as the year of microfinance. The Nobel Prize committee has also awarded the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize to Muhammad Yunus for his efforts to create rural microfinance and economic development. But microfinance begins late in China rural; many peasants can not obtain finance service. At this moment, as many big commercial banks decreased its scale in rural areas, small Finance Company is not developed enough to satisfy rural development needs, and only a few foreign banks begin to enter into rural China rural microfinance, all this make our rural finance system innovation become an important issue. On this condition, how to strengthen and protect rural microfinance becomes more important. In order to chase hot problem and promote solve microfinance development and innovate finance system, I choose this subject and hope to search for suitable rural microfinance mode and commercialization development.This paper introduced foreign and domestically rural microfinance firstly, and then pointed that we must reform china rural microfinance for economical development and finance system. Rural microfinance include "help poverty" and "commercialization" modes, the first mode cannot satisfy rural economical development, so the whole world has begun to practice commercialization mode. In fact, it has developed very well in some foreign region and formed reopen system.In regard to foreign microfinance situation and China rural characters, I think that we should change present mode to commercialization. Through comparisons, I summarize suitable approach and give some advice.After examples comparison abroad and in China,I has appraised rural loan situation and given some formal validity.The rural microfinance is a challenging problem in the whole world, especially a number of Chinese migrant workers return to their hometown and to carve, its importance has increased quickly. How do institutions credits should structure their commercialization cooperation regime? It is related to China rural economical prospect. So how to reform rural microfinance through "advantages and backwardness analise" has deepen theory and realization significance.
